Introduction
Swifturn Free Sound
Recorder is a powerful sound recording
tool that enables you to record any
music in real-time from microphone,
musicale, Windows Media Player or anywhere you
hear! The recordings can be automatically directly
saved as MP3, WMA, WAV or any
other format. With Swifturn Free Sound Recorder,
there's nothing that you can't capture to MP3,
WAV, OGG music files with a few clicks.

Step 1. Select Recording
Device and Sound Source
Launch Swifturn Free Sound
Recorder. Click "Show Mixer Window"
button ( )
to choose the sound card from the "Recording
Mixer" dropdown list ( ).
Then, select proper sound source
( ).
The names of the sound source to record streaming
audios maybe different in various operating
systems, usually named as Stereo Mix,
Phone Line, Aux Volume, Video Volume, Mic Volume,
Line In, CD Audio and so on. The proper
Volume and Balance of the recording is pre-defined
for each source.

Step 2. Adjust Recording
Settings
Click "Options"
and a window pops up ( ).
In "General Settings" area
( ),
you can specify an output format among
MP3, WAV, WMA and OGG ( ).
Click "Settings" ( )
to use the well-configured presets or specify
the configuration parameters to adjust the recording
quality. Click "Change" ( )
to select an output folder. It also has the
ability to name the recorded file automatically
by date and time. Other settings like AGC, VAS,
Hot Key and Schedule are also available.

Step 3. Start Recording
You may now play your music.
Click "Start recording" or
press F2 ( ).
A window will pop up in which you can
specify the filename ( )
and click "OK" ( )
to start recording. To stop the recording, click
"Stop recording" or press F3
( )
and the recorded sound will be directly output
to the output folder & listed in the file list
with detailed information like filename,
location, time, duration & size. You
can play the recording with the built-in player.
